Dear Potential New Members,
We are honored to serve as Alpha Delta Pi’s 2024 Recruitment Chairs! Our role is to represent ADPi within Panhellenic and to the Auburn community. We work together to lead workshops that help prepare our members for recruitment and organize every detail of the process. But, above all, our greatest privilege is welcoming you into our chapter and showing you what makes the ADPi sisterhood so special. With a diverse group of personalities and interests, our members create countless opportunities to learn and grow together. The sisterhood we’ve found in ADPi has been a source of support, challenge, and personal growth for us, and we are overjoyed to share it with each of you!
As you take this exciting step into one of the biggest transitions of your life, we remember exactly how you’re feeling—whether it’s pure excitement, nervousness about the unknown, or a mix of both. Our hope is that during this process, you’ll feel welcomed, supported, and free to be your true self as you navigate these changes.
This sisterhood has become our home away from home here at Auburn. As upcoming seniors, we look back on our time here with gratitude for the laughter, the support, the accountability, and the lifelong friendships we’ve found—friendships we’ve always hoped for. Through this year’s recruitment, we hope you’ll find your own home away from home within ADPi.
With love,
Dodge Prim, Vice President of Primary Recruitment
Madeline Slinkard, Vice President of Makreting

Hey y’all!
My name is Virginia Anne Holmes and I have the privilege of serving as this year’s Vice President of New Member Experience. My role in this position is to provide support for our chapter’s new pledge class and walk alongside them during their first year at Auburn. I am here to make this exciting transition as smooth as possible by guiding them and being there for them in any way that they need while teaching them the history and values of Alpha Delta Pi. Most importantly, I am here for each and every one of our new members by aiding them in their transition to college and Greek life. Through this process, I hope the young women know there is somebody in their corner that will always be cheering for them. I intend to spend intentional and individual time with each of the new members in order to make them feel incredibly loved and seen.
Pledge class of 2025, I cannot tell you how excited I am to get to know all of you! I know the transition to college can be really difficult, but you will not have to do it alone. I was once in your shoes, and remember it all too well. I will be by your side guiding, leading, and cheering you on. I am here to tell you that I will be there for you to grab lunch in between your classes, go on a walk on a sunny day, talk to about your freshman year, be a shoulder to cry on, and do my very best to make you feel loved and supported. I struggled at first to feel comfortable at Auburn during my freshman year, but the continuing support and love that older girls in ADPi showed me eased my nerves and reminded me that I was never alone. Additionally, I have selected a group of 26 current ADPi women who will be assisting me and walking through this transition with each of you. These first 8 weeks of being an ADPi are incredibly sweet and exciting, so soak them up! You are exactly where you are supposed to be because the Lord has intentionally placed each of you at Auburn and in ADPi. I am eager and expectant to see how you grow and how He works through you all this year, and I am so thankful to have a front row seat to witness it all!
I cannot even tell you how excited I am to be in the position I am. I cannot wait to give y’all the biggest hugs and love on each of you! Boom Boom!
With love & excitement,
Virginia Anne Holmes
